Hey friends this is the first post on wordpress. I also blog on http://rajeshbhadra.blogspot.com.
I am working with Magnet Technologies Pvt Ltd on Flex/AS3/Flash 9 et al.Our company uses Remote Desktop feature provided by Windows,Linux. It helps to reduce the number of CPU’s for each employee. So multiple user can connect to a single machine sharing their CPU cycles. There are lotsa pros and cons of this. But thats the way we have to live accepting how they are. But I have a separate machine
Now this leech not only sucks our CPU cycles but also it crashes our beloved FlexBuilder.
When more than two user uses the same flex builder, the flex builder crashes and gives this error message.
“An error has occurred.See the log file.
C:\Documents and Settings \user name\My Documents\Flex Builder 2\.metadata\.log”
You can get rid of this message by deleting the “.snap” file located at
C:\Documents and Settings\user name\My Documents\Flex Builder 2\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources
This will bring back Flex Builder into running condition but the glitch is that it will remove the running project from the project explorer. You have to import that project again..
Cheers.

If you ever want to read a reader’s feedback
, I rate this post for four from five. Decent info, but I just have to go to that damn google to find the missed parts. Thank you, anyway!
